Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. We always do our best to accommodate your schedule if the apartment is ready earlier.
Can I check my luggage before my arrival time?
Yes, subject to availability. We can confirm that you can drop off your luggage on the same day, depending on the housekeeping schedule.
Are the apartments suitable for stays during conferences?

No, our apartments are located in typical Cannes-style buildings. There is no elevator.
Is the Wi-Fi fast?
Yes, all of our apartments are equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet, designed for remote work, video conferences, and business trips.
Do you allow pets?
No. For hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, all accommodations are completely smoke-free.
However, some suites have a balcony where you can smoke, provided you are considerate of others.
